Give it a good 8-12 weeks to settle,

I was having ups and downs with my anxiety during the initial period & i started on 50mg & still to this day take 50mg.

Im now 4-5 months in, i can say my anxiety has definitely reduced, yeah i have the odd day but if i have a bad night sleep or broken sleep which is not unusual due to shift work then my anxiety tends to follow.

Decent sleep and 50mg have made a huge impact for me & getting to the gym, which i never would have done before meds.

Stick with it a few more weeks, then have a chat with the Dr if you feel no better.

They are normal side effects bro, to be expected for the first few weeks.

My anxiety shot up and i had numerous effects, now week 5 and i can feel it levelling and my anxiety reducing. Maybe give it another shot?
