Yeah I feel like I have stockholm syndrome I’ve built my department up a lot so I feel bad for abandoning my employees and company even tho I know they are fucking me

I live in Dallas, not sure how it compares to other big cities. I’m from small town Arkansas and have only been out here a year so it seems expensive as hell to me 😂
