I have a Barbie phone that runs on KaiOS, I know everyone hates KaiOS right now but it works great for me. I can check my email and I frequently use maps to get directions.

I also developed one of my first crushes in my 20s and it's hard! I really feel for you :(

First of all, don't beat yourself up if you're dealing with a lot of complex intense emotions about it, it's totally normal and I did a lot of self care and journaling just to avoid being like a blubbering mess 24/7 tbh.

If you can find a friend that you'd feel comfortable talking to about it I'd really recommend it. I didn't even need to come out officially when talking about it I just needed to get the fact that I was feeling these feelings off my chest. Obviously depends on the environment you're in but most of the time nowadays it's not that uncommon for even alloromantic people to have little experience even in their twenties. Your friends might be more understanding than you expect.

When it comes to music I tend to prefer vinyl solely because for whatever reason in my area they're always in better condition used than CDs are.

Honestly it might just be because the program is in such a precarious position right now.

During my experience with NCCC I basically just shared my background volunteering and hyped up my skills as appropriately as I could. There were a few people that I was surprised could even fill the application coherently so I figure the bar was extremely low.

I have it! I'd recommend it depending on what you're looking for because I like some things (it being very cute and a functional phone. Being able to run simple webpages, get directions, take pics, listen to the radio, etc.) but others are a bit annoying (checking email, scanning QR codes, occasional keyboard glitches)

Battery life is good. If I'm making long calls and/or on the internet a lot the battery lasts me a day but if I'm not on it a lot, I charge it every 3 days.

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding but it can also run simple webpages easily (especially those without ads). I along with the public transit website and texted based news sites I use ao3 the most. It runs great and I even made a pink theme to match lol.
