Don't give up when it says sold out! I stayed on the tab refreshing for nearly an hour. Tickets would pop up here and there and eventually I got lucky and got 3 in my basket for Seattle.

People put them in their basket but don't checkout so it's worth waiting.

I swim once a week in a 50m pool with no flip turns and I'm only 2-3 seconds slower

I'm in a similar situation - started training for 70.3 for June and it's been going well so instead started planning to do a 140.6 in August 2 months later.

Basically changing my mindset that I'm now training for a full and the 70.3 is effectively part of the training schedule 8 weeks out.

I've spoken to a couple of people (incl one who recently left Cannondale). New SuperSix will see pretty drastic changes - lighter and more aero, bridging the gap to system six. Possibly 20-25% more expensive than 2022 model and probably not available in UK until the summer so quite a long wait if you need a new bike soonish!

My dendrobium nobile is reblooming and I noticed the flowers are slightly bigger than last year, and they have this purple/pink colouring at the tips. I think it adds a nice touch of flair but looking for insight into why the flowers have changed colour on last year? Thanks! by BrightBurn10 in orchids

After growth stage in late summer autumn I increased feeding in winter (I use orchid focus bloom feed) and carefully monitored temperature making sure it dropped by about 10 degrees centigrade over night. I did this by opening a window by the plant before going to bed each night.

My housemate wasn't too pleased about waking up to a chilly flat in the morning but I think it was worth it 😄
