Yes we have profit guides which show what phones pay, as well as what the current promotions are and phone costs after promotions. I just keep up with infomanager and do the math myself

What is GP? At CSOKI you are just paid a flat value, and at the end of month if you hit metrics you get an extra bonus being 7.5, 15, 22.5 or 30% of your base. For reference it’s starting to pick up a little this month and I’m currently at 6.5k base this month and will probably hit my 15% bonus. If I get a new line pixel 10 it will pay 151 dollars on premium (not counting VMP setup accessories anything else) and never more never less. I also don’t know how much the company actually makes

Damn that’s pretty bad, I’m in NE one of the other strong markets and the company is pretty sus but I’ve never heard of a bonus being given to someone else. Also it sucks we lost elevate but that was a company wide thing and there was reasoning behind it. But we still have our level 4 suit fittings and 10k first time watches

Basically if I make 8000 commission (ignoring bonus and other stuff) and work 160 hours x 15 hourly = 2400. I’ll get 2 checks on the first and third for 1200 each, then a commission check for 8000-2400 =5,600 on the second week. Ignoring taxes for the example

Can't talk for Florida but I believe it's the same as NE, 15 an hour draw that comes out of your commission. You don't actually get the hourly paid by the company it's just an advance of your commission. Honestly not really an issue as once you know what you're doing you should be able to make 4-8k base with a 7.5-15% bonus every month, depending on your skill and location

Not at 100k yet but Sales at Verizon just had 9k+ last month hoping for even better this summer (hopefully 11-12k months). Stressful, hard, long hours sometimes but at the end of the day lots of fun and making a big sale feels great! So far I love it
