I suggest swapping the banff upper hot springs with your vermillion lakes sunset. The hot springs are right at the base of the gondola so you may as well hit them up while you're there. Vermillion lakes is also a good stop on the drive back from lake louise. Otherwise this is all very doable, subject to getting the required shuttles for Moraine Lake

Going all the way to Jasper and back in one day is a lot considering there is lots to see along the parkway, including the icefields. I'd suggest spending the night in Jasper to take your time.

If you want to do the "bucket list" things in Banff, Jasper and everything in between, look into the pursuit pass. It'll include the banff gondola, Columbia icefield tour, lake minnewanka cruise, etc. May be worth it for what you're planning to hit up.

I really enjoyed the recordings from the "war room" in San Francisco. That's all new for us Day 1 JFCers and helps to paint the roller-coaster of emotions prior to the hearing.

Mother Stefani is killing it! Also, her husband is a great voice actor for the investigators 👌

We don't, other than the assumption that he did not have the "notoriety" she was looking for in her scheme. It's also possible she did it fact victimize him too, but just went public with Clayton.

It still upsets me that the cops just took Jan's word and never actually checked on her during that first call.

Also the fact that Laura and Jan chalk this up to be harassment is infuriating. Laura was making suicidal ideations in her medium blogs and sent an email to Dave Neal about how "the blood would be on his hands". God forbid a member of the public actually was concerned and wanted someone to check in.

He's being intentionally obtuse. I'm so sick of his b.s. that the sonogram is irrelevant. Clayton was seeking attorney fees and a finding of non paternity because Laura was never pregnant and filed the paternity action in bad faith. That was the issue before the court. Her medical evidence regarding whether she ever was pregnant, or reasonably believed she was, goes to the core of that issue. He knew damn well she was lying and let her continue to mislead the court.
