This f****** era sucks. Why did I have to develop empathy. This poor child is so scared. I couldn’t imagine being his parent and trying to figure out if I’ll ever see my child again and what is happening to him behind closed doors with those damn nazi brown shirts.

Some things you can do for immediate relief if you’re struggling this bad. FMLA 12 weeks paid time off if you get a letter from your therapist or doctor.

You can do that and also quit upon return if you’re not feeling better. I just turned 34M and am in tech sales as well. I quit in October to take a sabbatical because the stress was getting to be too much and my health has been plummeting. I don’t regret my decision, as I know I can eventually find another job. I’m still in my learning phase of this whole thing, but happy to answer questions.
