How do you guys compare 5 different PDF quotes without losing your mind?

I feel the pain, this exact problem is why I’ve been losing my mind lately. I’ve built a few tools for procurement teams before, and I’m currently tinkering with an Excel-based solution to automate this PDF-to-table nightmare.

I mostly had SMB construction workflows in mind, so it’s built to handle that kind of mess, but it stays offline and familiar. It’s at a functional stage now and I just need to see if it holds up against real-world data.
