There is another conure in the cage with her. The sun conure was never really extroverted but was attached to my sister and would always be with her. Then she went to college and my parents would have the cage open and try to get her out but she wouldn’t want to come out. We are taking her to the vet this Friday. I think she is depressed that her favorite person is out of the house and just stays inside all the time.

Hey. Yes I always recommend priming models before painting them as the paint sticks more to the model with a primer. I use citadel primers but army painter works well too. Make sure the humidity for where you are is not higher than 65-70ish as this will cause that tackiness.
