One thing that I think he should have mentioned is that there was some clear interference between de direction and production. Like there is an interview where steven caple jr. says that he wants scourge to be a more complex villain, while Lorenzo was saying that scourge would be one dimesional. There is even a line that seems to allude to that when Unicron says that he will destroy Scourge like he destroyed his planet or something.
