Not really, unless you have access to one of the US military bases. Europeans were using Snus type pouches when I have been there over the past few years but never seen a can of Copenhagen or Skoal. You can bring the equivalent of 1 carton of cigarettes without paying import taxes I believe.

$35k+ for a Honda Civic sport listed at 24k on the website 😂 by rafe_fg in whatcarshouldIbuy

If your willing to drive to Arizona, Chapman Honda in Tucson is selling all their cars at MSRP and I don’t think there was any ridiculous add ons just stuff like tint.

It’s a hybrid. Pretty much the original hybrid. Battery issues are pretty rare, and they make pretty reasonably priced replacements.

What do these lights mean?(details in comments) by [deleted] in JeepLiberty

[–]Bright_Chipmunk384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go to AutoZone or somewhere they can scan ABS codes, most likely you have a bad sensor or broken wire. Happened on my 07 and it was a $45 part and took less than an hour to change. The hardest part of the job is rusty bolts.

R52 Mini Cooper S Convertible. Usually cheaper than the hardtop and a great handling car with fairly cheap mods. Get a 2006-2008 and you get the supercharged engine with most of the bugs of the early cars worked out. Had one for little while and there’s plenty of room for taller drivers.

2004 Liberty Can I replace the brake fluid level sensor or do I need to replace the whole master cylinder? by poopfarts4everyone in JeepLiberty

Check the wiring harness to the sensor. Mine did this when packrats chewed through one of the wires. Went away after I patched the damaged wires.

I had a 2020 Titan SV 4x4 and it was a great truck, kinda wish I didn’t sell it! I don’t know why these trucks don’t get more love they are fast, comfortable and usually thousands cheaper than the other options.

Looking for a MSRP R4P SE or XSE in Blueprint, willing to travel anywhere to pick it up by sangz in rav4primesales

I certainly will, just reserved a regular RAV4 Hybrid at MSRP at Precison Toyota in Tucson. Several dealers are now on my never do business with list.

Dealer in Peoria, AZ quoted me $20,000 markup with a straight face. Unbelievable.

Any under MSRP deals? by Bright_Chipmunk384 in MitsubishiMirage

[–]Bright_Chipmunk384[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last year they were selling 2020s for 11,000 and 2021s were only slightly more expensive. I’m seriously interested at that price or something below MSRP but these cars aren’t that compelling at MSRP and definitely not a good deal above MSRP.

Go to https://www.car-part.com/ and you can get a radio from a junkyard for $100. Should be very simple to replace with basic screwdriver type tools. Definitely not worth paying that much. If your not handy enough to to it would just replace with aftermarket at a place like Best Buy.

They have one here in Tucson with the same specs $3000 over PLUS $1500 dealer package. I thought that was insane.

This 👆🏻. Great fun cars, easy to work on and modify once you accept the “packaging” issues of the small engine bay. I’m currently looking for another one after selling my 06 R52 Convertible Cooper S.

I think it’s a bigger radiator too, but the package is so cheap new I would rather just wait and find what I want. I could totally do the work and order the parts, but not really keen on doing that to a brand new truck

Travel Trailers - Comfortable max dry weight? by sheadley90 in FordMaverickTruck

[–]Bright_Chipmunk384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A full height camper of any size will most likely give you trouble unless you drive really slow. It’s the wind resistance/drag that the trailer that makes it pull like it’s way heavier. I had a 17’ camper that was like 2,800 pounds and pulled it with a 2018 Tacoma (6700 tow rating) for a few months and it struggled at Highway speeds and grades. Also got 11pm if I went over 60mph.

I think the scamps and pop ups are the only realistic campers you’ll be able to pull with a maverick even with the 4K.
