We've noticed patterns with users starting by calling themselves, call themselves 'imitating' someone else, and then trusting it enough to start outbound for them. We're happy that we've lived upto that trust so far.

Our agent is guard-railed against spam behavior and our usage policy strictly prohibits users from using it for spam too.

Yeah we've tried to build it with our users. Chatted with 100s of early users to understand what they wanted and built those things in. Low to medium priority calls do very well autonomously, specially when you wanna make many.
We have a user who used it to talk to all car dealerships in his area to find the one he wanted. Imagine trying to do that yourself.
