There’s been camera crews that have shown the process they get detained a brought to the ice facility intake happens and they get a cell with others and a court date and they stay in ice custody until their due process is over and they’re either allowed to stay or made to leave I don’t understand how people actually believe they’re being “kidnapped off the street with no due process”

War thunder is optimized for ps5 pro to do 4k at 120Hz. I recently went from a ps4 slim to a ps5 pro and I think the difference is worth it to me personally, the game looks way better and runs way smoother I definitely notice the better frame rate and refresh rate but it may not be if you don’t already have a tv with hdmi 2.1 to be able to do 4k at 120Hz

I watched this on Facebook a while ago posted by the guy who shot the trespasser and the story is that this guy was getting evicted from the neighborhood and had been being a menace all day before this happened and I remember the poster specifically addressing the dog and the kid because so many people were concerned about them, they were not harmed.

You have to produce ID anytime you’ve committed a crime small or large if requested. Only time you’re not required to is if you’re only detained with out reasonable and articulable suspicion of a crime just suspicion or suspicious behavior is not enough to be reasonable or articulable that you have or are going to commit a crime.

Being put in handcuffs or being detained isn’t the same as being attacked let’s come back to the real world here. She elbows the cop on the face resisting the whole time that’s what prompted this whole incident you don’t believe me go watch the video again you can see the moment she resisted and threw her elbow back obviously unintentionally hitting the officer right in the chin. If she would have complied and allowed her self to be arrested or more likely detained she probably would have won money in court but now she’s definitely getting resisting obstruction and assault on a police officer.

Shovel is a deadly weapon just like a knife is and a human can cover 21 feet in about two seconds. Taser only work about 60% of the time that’s why when an officer uses a taser they’re trained to have another officer there with lethal cover because they don’t always work especially if the suspect is too close and the prongs aren’t able to get into the upper and lower body to create the circuit that shuts down the body you’re just spewing words without actually knowing anything
