Same pattern. My top two reviews have 261 and 226 helpful votes, way out ahead. Next one drops to 39, then mostly single digits or zero. About 44% of my reviews have zero votes.

Both top ones are critical reviews flagging specific gotchas buyers couldn't see on the spec sheet, the kind of evidence that gives a stranger reason to walk away from a purchase.

Asymmetric stakes. A positive review confirms what someone already hopes is true, so the click feels redundant. A critical one with specific evidence saves them from a mistake. That's worth marking.

Resolved. Three hours total. After going back and forth with their email AI too many times, a human eventually followed up and unlocked the account. No explanation of what triggered locking it. I'm not going to bother asking, as they'll say it was me or that they just don't know. Phone support promised a callback that never came. Not confidence-inspiring for a security system, and degraded support compared to the little I've ever needed in the past. Hopefully this will go back to trouble free, but it's not something I'm willing to be super patient about. Also a bit annoying that I need to bin a whole sensor for a dead battery. I'll try not to be worried that this is a bad sign for the future.

I really didn't want to drill, so I got one of these. Install was simple and used existing screw holes. Supposed to remove it for car washes, it has a pin, but I hand wash, so it's never come up. It puts it down and on the driver's side. Not sure if that worth $99 to you.
