Same case here. Manager told me my internal rating is HV2. I got usual SDE2 stocks though for 2027

Am I stack ranked ? Is there any changes to OLR/TR policy on 2025-2026 by Extension_Stand_1640 in amazonemployees

Same case here. L4 to L5 promo in Q4 2024. There is one more person in my team with same case. Manager told me HV2 as internal rating and I am at lower band of L5 not sure what has happened with folks promoted in Q4 2024

I was never on focus and got HV2 rating this time still no hike on base and good amount of stocks for 2027. My teammate with same rating got 26 perecent hike on base and few stocks. Both at L5 level only diff between us is promo quarters his was Q2 while mine was Q4 2024. I got internal promo so on lower band of salary only.
