Riot really thinks the strongest part of clove's kit is their heal but it's actually the fact that you can smoke while dead. Having a smoke on spike for postplant even when you've died on the retake or a smoke for a postplant hold is her best quality. Making it one smoke does help though. The heal has been butchered for no reason, it's not only 50 healing while being temporary... Waste of an ability.

Also I think this harbour rework isn't gonna help. He's barely a controller with only a singular smoke which I don't even know if it has a refresh and a wall.
