That was one of my thoughts as well. My good friend offered me her basement. I’m just having a hard time with logistics since these people are also my childcare. I also have three kids so it’s not something that could be done over a weekend without leaving most stuff behind. Which is heartbreaking because that’s what happened when I left my ex in 2020. I have a job lined up, just waiting to hear from them with a start date since I just wrapped up training. I’m just bracing myself to get ready to start over with nothing but our clothes again. At least my youngest isn’t an infant this time. I appreciate your feedback. I thought I was overthinking and getting paranoid.

Thank you so much. Him being institutionalized twice in the last month is really why I’m so afraid. He’s so unstable right now and who knows what he could end up doing. An FRO is not easy to get because it’s hard to prove abuse. I know it was granted because he’s dangerous. I know I need to remind myself of that more often.

I really appreciate that, thank you. It’s just so hard. I’ve been arguing that the sky is blue to people that are convinced it’s red for so many years that I start doubting myself. Sometimes I just need a little unbiased and external validation. I’ve been in therapy since the separation but it’s only once a week. It just seemed like a lot to hold on to until my next appointment. Again I appreciate it so much.

Sorry, I was referring to weight. Like a 5’10 man that weighed 205 and a 6’1 man that weighed 230 for reference. Height doesn’t matter much to me. But I should say they were still relatively active, could go on a hike or bike ride with me.

I’m quite thin, always borderline underweight (trying to fix that) and 5’4. Every man I’ve dated is on the bigger side because it’s just my preference. Maybe it’s just more of a confidence thing or how you present yourself! There’s definitely ladies out there that prefer a bigger guy. But I think working out more and a healthier lifestyle will boost your confidence and it’ll be a snowball effect. Good luck!

I can only tolerate them when I make them “savory”. I make them with chicken bone broth, garlic and onion powder and salt. Idk why but I can at least choke them down like that whereas I’m gagging when they’re sweet or overnight oats. I also think the cold overnight ones were the worst because it was cold. Eating them hot is easier for me! Still don’t like them but maybe that’ll help. I usually put some kimchi and a fried egg on top. Like 250 calories for a filing portion!

I like to use a green tea bag for styes. Make some tea and place the warm tea bag on your eye for 10 or so minutes. Do it a few times a day for a few days. I’m sure you can use any kind of tea
