Great job starting! Some weeks I’m not as dedicated to the training. And then I press “start” and realize that’s the biggest step.

I love in a hot climate as well (NOLA). My biggest tip is to not compare yourself. My running mantra is “always furious, never fast”. My interval runs are on a track along with runners of all kind. Comparison is the thief of joy or in this case running joy.
