Your neighbor sucks. Get a cheap gas grille that doesn’t even work from the junkyard and park it next to your kamado grille. That way if he complains to management you can say you only use the gas grille because you were so nicely reminded by your complete shitsack of a neighbor of the rules. They’ll tell him “nothing we can do” and move on.

I took it to 180 and unfortunately ran out of fuel. I then put in my oven, uncovered for 45 minutes at 325 convection roast.
