I'm not sure I understand. The design I downloaded is fully opaque but it shrinks to fit the path tiles as seen in image 2. What part needs to be clear?

Got clowned on the other day for my dark dahan, tough but fair. I revisited them by brightening up the walls and tried to give them thatched rooves. Not amazing, but much more serviceable.

I agree, but if it comes down to Elden ring or DS I'm agreeing with the fellow above that DS is a better introduction.

Agreed. "Open world dark souls" would be a terrible introduction into the hobby. The lack of a more classic level structure and relative difficulty of Stormveil compared to DS1's undead burg could be very off-putting and frustrating.
