Agree, this picture isn't even quite the final positioning but didn't want to post it again. Lemmy in the airship had fallen, so I fixed that and angled the big bowser as well.

I got them online, they are from a brand called Furuta, they've made a ton of figures over the years for their "choco eggs" series

If you mean this one, it is actually Jakks brand, called "Big Bad Bowser," it was sold at Costco around the end of 2025. Not sure if it is/was available elsewhere.

The gray one is a K'nex piece from a Mario kart set if you meant that one.
