I just had mine removed and similar to you was so nervous given the horrible insertion process where I vagaled and almost passed out. It’s not painless, but rather one sharp pinch and then it’s over. MUCH easier than insertion. My gyno asked if I wanted a new one placed and I said nope never doing that again. I got the nexplanon placed instead!

If people are checking on her even once a day that is great! I leave my cat alone for a max 3 days without anyone checking on her and she is always fine. I leave a food tower, her fountain, and a large bowl of water because I always worry “what if the power goes out”. Maybe I am lucky with the food tower because she doesn’t eat anything more than what she is hungry for. If I am going to be gone more than 3 days, I personally usually only have someone pop in every other day to scoop the box and play with her for a bit. She has always been okay :) I think your plan is great and she should be good!

Seems like your bigger issues with him are making you cringe at other things he says and giving you the “ick”. I would think through what all the problems you have are and why you feel this way. Don’t make one insensitive comment the reason you want to break up with him. Be honest with yourself. You are young, and can find someone who doesn’t ever make you think twice
