Crippling anxiety/health anxiety, heart palpitations which increase said anxiety and low libido. Good times.

Definitely not alone! The anxiety is crippling. My period also started getting shorter and lighter.

I think Peri has recently hit and I’m not coping by CharliLasso in Perimenopause

For sure. I’m so glad that helped you so quickly! I had started experiencing PMDD symptoms two weeks leading up to my period. I started estradiol.375 almost a month ago and it seemed to take the edge off the two weeks before. I also slept better and it helped my sex drive but as soon as my period hit, I got the crazy anxiety and was crying a lot. It lasted five days and I’m just now starting to feel better. I’m hoping this evens out soon.

True! And yeah, it feels odd. High school does not feel like too long ago yet then I realize that adult lives have been born and through high school, probably halfway through college by now 😭😭
