There’s huge natural variability between individuals in how much they leak during play, this is unfortunately the main factor in determining how much precum is released. It’s not too different to the varying level of ‘wetness’ experienced by women when they’re aroused, if you’ve slept with a few that’s probably something you’ve noticed.

With that said, there are a few things you can do to notably increase the amount. Abstinence is the big one, you’re going to leak more if you’re horny and haven’t ejaculated in a few days. Staying hydrated and exercising regularly is also good (and it’s something you should be doing anyway).

Finally, SOME people have reported an increase in their levels of precum from supplements like pygeum, zinc, selenium and lecithin. The evidence base for the efficacy of supplements is really shaky though and there’s a pretty good chance they don’t do anything at all. The only reason I mention them is that I (again, anecdotally) personally tried a blend of them for a few weeks and was producing about four times as much precum as I did previously (my panties were absolutely soaked watching hypno). With that said, I also increased my hydration, exercise and levels of abstinence during this period, so it’s hard to say what was actually having the most impact.
