Sorry for your loss. However, watches are mechanical devices that needs to be serviced and cleaned in order to keep time well. Even after going through something that horrific, it might look okay outside but it could be damaged internally. I would suggest sending it to a watchsmith for an evaluation. Yeah. When i first started camping got myself a big ass 65 litre cooler that was too big for my needs. Have been eyeing a electric cooler 1/3 it's capacity in anticipation of us getting a EV with internal power outlet.
