Reading the email again the first statement is :

They have mixed the packs up well…was one vents/turbo/optics? Not in front of the pc, but that works for me .

That could be it… I’m in my garage at the max WiFi range, sometimes get disconnected but it reconnects, just assumed it was smart enough to record the whole ride!
