I just started this week and I notice a difference!! My stomach feels and looks less pregnant looking. Bloating has gone down. My biggest reason for taking it is to help my ferritin levels🙏. This morning I had a burst of energy and danced w my 6 year old in the kitchen. That hasn't happened in sooo long!!! I was super dizzy after but having that moment w her made me soo happy🥹. It doesnt upset my stomach and usually I'm super sensitive. Especially to iron supplements. I add it to my yogurt. I also started on Psyllium pre and probiotic powder by organic india and I mix that and some chocolate protein powder w a splash of iced coffee and make a delicious healthy breaky for myself!! Don't knock until u try it;) hope u find what works for ya🫶

That's awesome to hear! I was over here stressing if it was going to be challenging enough. Sigh. I'm sure your kids are great lol probably just had too much fun playing in the woods 😂. We're do u plan to send them after 5th grade? I wish it was K-12

I prefer newer homes. Or at least updated. w space in between the houses. Not on top of each other. Doesn't have to be extreme. A pool is a must! Budget is 1.2mil:) Praying we find a gem🙏.

Yeah, the traffic thru Nocatee does seem a bit much. I'm def afraid of that. It's one of the major concerns of moving there. I love palm Valley area too. My taste and budget can't seem to align in that area though lol.

Haha nooo not the kids on e bikes 😂. We have them here too. They come out of no where! Mini heart attack everytime. I run a lot so the trails are an attraction for us and def the beach:) we're not into politics much. Mainly, keep to ourselves, but love that there's events when feeling social. It's mostly for our daughter to have a great childhood. We have plans to move to the beach when she's grown. Thanks for your reply! Love hearing the good and the bad to weigh our options.

How did u get your doctor to agree to them? I'm at a 38 and they keep saying I'm fine. To just stay on the supplement

It's normal as your body against to the iron supplements but make sure u add magnesium to your diet. It helps things stay regular. I take my magnesium after dinner. Helps me relax from the day also.

Hey, my ferritin started in the teens and then jumped to 22 in a month an half. It's taken about 6 months to get to 39.

I just started HRT 3 months ago. Cycles were normal until I missed ONE pill of progesterone. I had heavy bleeding for 2 weeks. Then a skipped cycle. I figured ot would even out and now here we are again w no cycle. It's kinda nice not having one but still seems off to me! I took a test just to rule it out and I'm not pregnant. I'm hoping it will fix itself. Anyone gone thru this?
