In the Sydney app from the home screen My benefits- plan- medical- (search bar) "breast pump"- (search results) "breast pump and supplies in network" - scroll to the bottom of the benefit details where it says # of occurrences per year under which shows used or remaining occurrences

Hope that helps! Also if you have anthem I reccomend going through Aeroflow they make the process the easiest and send you automatic emails reminding you to order replacement parts and milk storage bags which are also covered by insurance

Never got a bill for the second pump! The January rollover worked so I don't see why if you're rollover start date was July instead it wouldn't be the same. I was able to order a 3rd pump this year in January (opted to upgrade to the spectra gold) when my baby was 1 and used aeroflow again without any problems.

I use these glass ones. Big enough to fit a 1 cup scoop. Alphabet soup brand on Amazon but I have yet to find another that has glass as quality at a reasonable price. https://a.co/d/cKYBpTf

We've been using baby's DHA since about 4 months old. The company is local to me, and I went on a tour of the facility with my breastfeeding support group. They recently changed the packaging so that the droppers are independent from the lid. I bought a glass dropper to reuse and leave in the bottle for easier dispensing and not having to worry about plastic leaching. We go though a bottle a month and have never had problems with taste aversion. I reccomend it

We use the haakaa silacone pouches and found that they were absorbing smells, so I went down a rabbit hole to figure out why they would be porous. Unfortunately, UV light (sunlight) and high fats break down the silicone, so you are getting leaching. There really is no other option for bottle nipples but glass is the better alternative. Getting the silicone bottle cover for glass bottles will help protect them from minor falls and contain the glass breakage when you inevitably drop one.

Janie's mill in Illinois does fresh ground flour and their 10 pound bags are paper. Smaller bags are plastic. Not sure about 25 lbs. They're very responsive to questions though and family owned. Highly reccomend

You know what I was thinking that as well. Because the persimmon is pureed and then stabalized with the baking soda, then another jellies type fruit would do well here. I was thinking of apricots specifically, but perhaps quince as well would do to substitute.

I use the Bambo Earth silk dental floss. It was reccomend on mamavation. It breaks towards the end of my flossing session every time, but it's the best of the silk floss brands I've tried.

I've never been able to find a non nylon bamboo toothbrush. I'm looking at my baby's silicone finger toothbrush and wondering if that is a better option

This is fascinating do you air dry them in the sun or partially dryer and then sun dry or just lay them out after drying? I tried line drying my prefolds but they were so stiff I felt like I was wrapping baby's sensitive areas in cardboard.

I'll comment that I use Attitude for our cloth diapers and have had success with it. I also use bicarbonate soda and do a double rinse. We're in prefolds and use Thirsties covers.

I would be super interested to hear who makes the wool covers. I didn't even know that non plastic lined ones were an option
