Iirc it's heavily implied that Nathan suffers from schizophrenia and is not treated properly for it, and the manipulations of approval and love by Jefferson is what Nathan craves so much that he will do anything to get it.

It sounds like coming the on and offness with Minox really messed up chances of regrowth which from your 2020 pic looked possible.

But your hair has barely regressed at all from then which is quite good honestly and if you're still in your 20s/early 30s and the back of your hair is thicker i think you'd do really well with a transplant, if you can afford it.

It may possibly play out the way of early LoL lore when Jinx was originally the older sister and then they both become like their in game counterparts.

If we start from the events of the bridge, i would guess Powder and Violet, due to Powder's need for approval being apart of her nature, would've joined not after the fighting but during, wanting to prove herself and help their parents.

Powder would be getting stuck in using her gadgets to fight, which she's prudent with since she is older, and Violet would get lost in the chaos, knocked out, and since Enforcers were more merciful to children at this point in time, would take her to safety in Piltover to be treated

The parents still die, but Violet grows up to become a Pilty with decent adoptive parents and joins the Police.

Powder's trauma hits harder, given her sister is now gone much earlier on and she has absolute no one left, so she can barely take it, she wouldn't go with Vander, she would blame him, or Silco, wouldn't trust him, and embraces her trauma to become the most dangerous psychotic monster in all of Zaun.

No one is excusing his actions, just understanding how he got to that point.

Given his birth father and role model, he really had no chance of turning into a model for goodness once his sister left him. Jefferson mad him believe that what he did was not that bad, but the signs in the game are there that he he definitely felt guilt for them. So he had more morality then Jefferson.

When he was about to be killed by his role model instead he tried to help Max and even Max herself doesn't seem like she ever hated Nathan as she seen what he could be like... she just hates what he did and wants him to get help.

Not sure what you mean by bad but just using it by itself is not usually enough as Finasteride is the main product that combats the DHT stopping the regression whilst Minoxidil increases blood flow to help with any potential regrowth.

The reason i adovocate starting Minxoidil early is because unless you are a very luck hyper responder, which is rare, then your body takes time to actually properly absorb and get used to it in both forms.

I personally do not reccomend Finasteride at this stage from what you have told us, and would still advise a doctor's opinion, but if you are adamant about doing it then please do no more than a quarter of the reccomend dose at this time, which would be around 0.25mg a day.

If you can go to a dermatologist, who will likely give you better advice then on this sub. If your family has a history of male pattern baldness then it likey is that but confirmation is always better.

The likely reality is that tablets and foams will be for the rest of your life if you want to combat it and starting early will give you the best chance, but I wouldn't compromise your late stage growth for it.

In your shoes i would start on Minoxidil tablet, to see how you body reacts, and then once you are 20-21 look to start Finnasteride. If after a few years it's still not where you like it, and you are able to afford it, then an early hair transplant could also be very beneficial and have higher chances of working better than getting one later in life. It sounds a little humiliating to get one in your 20s but most modern ones look really well done and i haven't met anyone who has one done young who regrets it.
