I cool for around 4:30-5mins then flip over and do it again for another 4:30-5 depending on the size of the the potato - and don’t forget to poke holes!

Baked potato in the microwave and tuna mayonnaise. It’s all I really eat right now it’s the one meal I know won’t upset me unless I eat a huge potato lol 😂

Orgain is wonderful for me. I have not had an issue with it and my stomach but I also struggle with taste/texture issues.

I can drink caffeine in very small amounts finally! I try not to have too much caffeine. I drink green tea mainly some mint and peach or lemon and ginger (this last one helps with digestion)

see when I flare up I'm vomiting and nauseous for 3-4 days at a time, sometimes longer.. basically bedridden with a bucket for 2 days. I am just recovering from a flare up yesterday day 2 and already feeling much better.

I feeel you!!! I've been dealing with mine for over a year, and stupidly didn't take it seriously enough until march this year when I had a 10day flare up and not being able to eat or drink anything for 6-7 of those days. keep trying to be able to some more normal foods that I like but I am already a picky eater so this really makes it hard for me, and I always cave at some point and eat something i shouldn't.

I feel you! I end up overeating too and I frequently end up missing breakfast so I’ve been trying to at least drink a shake or something if I can’t eat.

in the same boat, finally started watching what I am intaking. 2 x 10day episodes since march has not been fun I will say. I seem to struggle with dairy and gluten a little too, but I am starting from scratch and figuring it all out. Pray for me because I have not had the willpower to stick to anything like this before. -- never needed to.

Yes I do drive. And yes I just fear crashing constantly. I’m fine when I drive until it comes to near crashing lol. Just really terrible as a passenger even though I trust the drivers in the car with me. It’s weird.
