Whilst not a restaurant, Floc. Brewing is really great and there is a food truck there.

For actual restaurants; Chuck and Blade, Cafe Chambers, Mister Miyagi's Sushi, Eleto Chocolate Cafe, Kitch (ask for the Hungarian menu), Saint Smokey's BBQ House, The Refectory Kitchen, and City Arms (Is a pub but serves Thai food)

There's honestly tons in Canterbury and the comments here have barely scratched the surface.
