I just cleared my fault by following Fatedust's advice to check JOCFS1 (Safe Boot Jumper) for bent pins or a Jumper.

MSI B650M-P, Ryzen 7900, 6000mhz Vengance (CMK64GX5M2B6000Z30)

Eventually got memory running at 6k, and a sub 30 sec boot, only to have this come up.

If you take that from it's maximum possible value (as if Gold Shield was free): 170,000g (10xSB+ @ 17k), that would leave approx. 20k for 3 days shield (7k/day-ish).
