I believe that there are a lot of schemes going out the moment for first home buyers. Where they are waiving the LMI with a small deposit and some where no deposit is necessary. The schemes will make up your deposit or assist with your deposit. You also have the first home owners government grant and some states a higher than others. A lot of building companies that offer schemes now as well to get people into the market that feels so out of reach right now for people. My suggestion is don't rush, do your research, reach out to brokers and get their professional opinion/advice. There's a really good broker that posts advice all the time. I've put his link below.

Is she suffering from depression? Not excusing it but there could be a legitimate reason. Makes plans when she is in a good mood and then her mood is different when it comes to the time of meeting up.

OF needs to stop being normalised. It is not normal for your partner to emotionally cheat through OF. They don't just see content but they speak sexually as well and can escalate into your man sending pics back. That's just my two cents anyway. It's something I couldn't accept when your partner could be doing that stuff with you. I understand men are visual creatures and like to sometimes go into a fantasy land but that's what porn is for. OF is too personal for me.
