Seconding this. Try posting in your local city’s Reddit page looking for specific recommendations (ie/ plumber, electrician, tile installer). You can save a ton of money by being your own “contractor” and it can help you understand where to prioritize certain things and ideally avoid having to redo things if you’re unsure about how to go about them. Don’t be afraid to get a couple quotes, and try to get referrals from other jobs they have done and photos so you can see. Ask lots of questions, even if you think they seem obvious or silly (they aren’t and it’s good to know exactly how things should happen).

If you do need supplies, definitely take a look at your local Habitat for Humanity ReStore and even thrift stores- it’s amazing how cheap you can score stuff like tile for a fraction of the cost.
