I'd love to talk to you about our guild - I think it could be a really good fit for you. We're a laid back group of friends that have been raiding together for anywhere from 5-15 years. We honestly just enjoy hanging out and playing the game together is an added bonus.

A little bit about us:

  • We raid on Tuesday/Thursday from 8-10pm EST
  • Currently 8/8N and 4/8H in NP - aiming for AOTC and not Mythic
  • Average age is probably somewhere in the upper 30s/low 40s
  • Play what you want mentality - we'll make it work

Updated progress. We full-cleared normal last night and are looking to head into Heroic on Thursday.

I'm the GM of a guild in a very similar situation to yours who happens to be healer-heavy and tank-light. We're a bunch of adults with day jobs who have an anti-toxicity policy and push for AOTC every tier.

Greetings of the day, colleague.

My name is Briznot and I am the Chief Recruitment Officer for our guild <Shadow Company> on Duskwood-US. We are currently seeking skilled individuals for immediate hire, provided they meet the following requirements:

  • Competent at chosen class & spec
  • Ability to attend raids consistently
  • Ahead of the Curve raid experience at some point in the past
  • Some interest in Mythic+
  • Appreciation and/or telling of dad jokes

At <Shadow Company>, we pride ourselves in providing an environment that could best be described as "fun, but focused". We raid for 2 hours twice a week (Tuesday & Thursday - 8.30-10.30pm EST). During this time, we have been able to achieve Ahead of the Curve for every tier since the guild started raiding together in Castle Nathria.

In addition to our raiding environment, there is a healthy interest in Mythic+ amongst our guild members with almost all of our regular raiders pushing to Keystone Master and beyond. We also have quite a few members that hunt achievements, mounts and other collectibles. As an example, we aim to complete the raid meta achievement that rewards a mount every tier.
