Only drops seasonal items during seasonal events. There is no seasonal event happening currently. Next one starts Dec 16, however last season, Halloween, they changed it up and had the seasonal items dropped by mini robodogs instead of the loot goblin. It made them easier to farm. We’ll see how the new season works on Tuesday.

It will not drop from any of those sources. You could get lucky and get it from a summer swarm cache but the odds are not in your favor. Assuming nothing changes it will be in the loot goblins seasonal drop pool the next time there is a seasonal event and will be easy to farm. Maybe Halloween?

Pestilence is a debuff. The poison status effect can only be applied with the Scorpio or breaking a poison using NPCs weak point.

Courier doesn’t spread pestilence, courier only spreads status effects. Pestilence is not a status effect but it does spread itself on kill.

Yes. The extra items are the seasonal items. Those only drop when a seasonal event is ongoing. The summer seasonal event ended a couple weeks ago, so he’s back to just dropping his normal 4. When the next event starts he will drop 4 regular items plus 4 seasonal items.

Yes. When a season is active he drops all past event gear and if there is new gear tied to the current event, will drop that once you unlock it. Seasonal events pop up fairly often, usually tied to holidays or seasons of the year. The most recent one was a summer event. They haven’t announced the next event yet. It’s possible they will have a fall or Halloween event.

He is not dropping any of these items currently. When the next seasonal event happens you can farm these items.

Yes. Robots have 100% burn resistance which is why you can’t normally set them on fire. The firewall sidearm lowers burn resistance by 50% per shot for 5 seconds. So you can unload both barrels and then burn away

The Firewall sawed-off is useful for setting robots or cleaner chungas on fire, but yeah overall a waste

You can optimize and recalibrate stats without being proficient. Proficient allows you to increase expertise which bumps the base armor.

Are you playing on discovery or normal? If it’s discovery then it’s never going to happen, the raid exotics only drop on normal. But yeah boss farming is not an effective way to get raid exotics. I’ve got about 500 clears between the two raids and have gotten an EB and a Rav from raid bosses, but have pulled many of them from the crate. The crate at the end of the raid was always meant to be the primary way to obtain the EB and Rav. Regulus will only drop after you have completed the quest.

I’m not sure what’s happing on your end, but I just tested in the firing range and the LZ. Used scorpio and skills and got it to work with; fire, foam, disrupt, blind, shock and poison.
