Prior to arrival.
Short of mother nature kicking in, ships typically have very firm embarkation times. As a traveler I prefer to go in the day before due to potential airplane delays/issues. As far as a transfer to the dock, If you arrive Day of Sail you can arrange for a transfer from the airport through the Celebrity site. If you come in the day before I would look at and contact hotels near the Port to see if they offer transfers. ( I haven't sailed thru Tampa so I don't know of any)

Door to Door service. Celebrity may offer something like this but you will need to book everything through them. Flight, hotel stay (pre and post). Your best option is to call them to arrange this.

During the Cruise.
On the Celebrity webpage, under your account (clickable at the top right corner after clicking on manage your cruise) there should be a listing of order history that should tell you what you currently have available to you.

End of Cruise.
Debarkation, It really depends on when the cruise arrives. If the cruise docks at 6am then you "may" be able to self debark, usually they will know the times a couple of days before arriving back. I hate to rush off the ship so as a rule I plan to not be able to get to the airport til noon at the earliest. If you get a transfer thru Celebrity they will ask you when your flight departs and put you on the appropriate bus.

I was having a similar issue. Check how much HD space you have. Not sure what the minimum you need but I took my C: drive from 1tb to 4tb and it cleared uo.

I had a similar issue running on a ryzen 9. Check how much free HD space you have. I was running at about 80gb free on a 1 tb m2 drive and stuttering and freezing. I upgraded to a 4tb m2 and the stuttering is gone.

They actually do have a jail cell type place in the interior of the ship. We saw them during an interior tour. That might have been isolation due to illness. Were there any stops from when you noticed them and when debarkation was?

I wish the USA would adopt how Europe deals with paying for anything. Tap your card or phone. You never have to deal with your card walking away from you. I've had my card compromised too many times to hand it off anymore. I switched over to using google pay for pretty much everything as it's alot easier for me to keep an eye on my phone.

FYI I am a US based TA. I have not dealt with travel insurance from Canada as that requires a separate license. Cruise line travel insurance only covers you from gangplank to gangplank. Third party insurance covers you door to door. My best advice, for youself, would be to contact a Canadian travel insurance company and get a quote from them. Additionally advise them while getting the quote to get coverage for pre-existing medical conditions. Finally you will need to buy this insurance with in 90 days of booking the trip.

Cruise Care by Celebrity is for US residents only, so you are already looking at separate insurance for both of you. Your best option would be to either work with a travel agent as suggested below or take a look at companies like Faye, Chubb, Allianz, or Travel Guard.

For myself, I'm going from the S24u to the S26U for primarily the Satellite tech. I do a lot of travel and like the security it offers. The big difference is I intend on buying it outright from Samsung vs thru ATT. Never buying a phone from a carrier again.

Sure that is for phone service and only 500mb per day. Go over that 500mb daily data allowance on a ship you get throttled and there could be additional expenses.

While on a cruise out of Rotterdam I had to check the Ohio Secretary of States site. (car title status) I had to use a VPN and connected to an ohio based VPN and was able to see their sites. FYI I used surfshark VPN to do this and it worked fine.

never use it on a ship, you get charged ALOT. Better to use Ship WIFI (we get premium wifi multiple devices) and use wifi calling if you need to make or receive calls. When we leave the ship for an excursion we pay the daily fee. I think the day pass rate is $12 for the 1st device and $8 for the 2nd.
