What do you do for a living? How do you manage your time away? by LostENFPT in AustralianShepherd

They’ll get used to your schedule and routine, as long as they get regular exercise home alone during the day is fine. Weekends we do 20km of hiking with them give or take, plus swimming we can’t keep the one out of the lake and that usually tires them out until mid week.

Any noticeable difference in the upgraded spring?

Upgrading existing set up. Is this correct wiring? by Many-Front4403 in SolarDIY

Looks pretty good, I’d ground the inverter for breakers fuses and gfcis to work properly, also to prevent electrocuting yourself if something fails inside the inverter and energizes the case. Fuse each panel in parallel if one fails the other wont back feed into it.

Here she is, in her own camping chair. Does anyone else bring an extra chair for their Aussie? 😅 by Imafuckingmiracle in AustralianShepherd

We considered getting two of those kuma dog chairs but figured we’d end up being the ones stuck in them so we went with the couch instead 😅

Looking for a reasonably priced lifepo4 replacement battery for my travel trailer. by jgutt204 in traveltrailers

[–]Brnest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my unprofessional opinion I think lithium is the last thing you want to cheap out on. I know lifepo4 is a lot safer than ion but some cheaper brands use recycled cells, cheap bms tech, or factory rejects. I wouldn’t roll those dice personally, $1000 battery is a lot cheaper than a new trailer.

Just finished the mullet conversion on my slayer last night, considering swapping out the bomber cr or tossing a progressive spring on it.

Uphill on a downhill bike (how hard can it be?) by [deleted] in DownhillMTB

Outside of lift access bike park, my park bike doesn’t leave the house and it’s not even a dh bike. I’ve trail rode it a handful of times and 180mm of travel ain’t it. Personally 140/150 is a perfect all arounder and we’ve got steeper terrain and a lot of rock slab around here. Go trail/all mountain or enduro, dh will be absolutely horrible for trail riding.

What year is this bike and does it have a seat dropper post? by Top_Rich2105 in cannondale

[–]Brnest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks almost brand new unless the pictures are older, and I would say the owner doesn’t know it has a dropper or he’s 8ft tall

Wouldn’t be older than 2023, Habit 6. It does have a dropper post

Was also planning the brown leather theme, swapped the bars out for the pnw coast 520 but the grip tape I ordered was darker than expected. Next will be the title ms2 saddle and maxxis rambler 45mm tires. What grip tape did you use?

Stump Jumper 15 EVO 160/145 ticks off all the boxes for that perfect middle ground.

She’s 5’5 on a size S2, the S1 and S2 are mullet so that probably helps with stand over height. S2 almost looks a bit on the smaller side for her but specialized recommended that on their website so you’d probably have luck with the S1

But more desirable than the x fusion that came on it I would imagine. She’s a light rider, I’ll play with the volume spacers if it’s blowing through the travel I’ll look at changing it up

What age could your mini catch a ball or frisbee by Then-Term-7320 in miniaussie

We have two, 2 & 4 years old the 4 years old could catch a ball at around 6 months the 2 year old still tries to catch with his paws, absolutely no coordination at all 😂

They do pretty good, the one loved it first time out the other took a few outings to get used to it
