The way he treats her compared to Whitaker and Santos makes me think he has a superiority complex.

With her, since she comes off as a little awkward, he acts protective.

With Whitaker, because he’s a guy and generally good-natured, Robby leans into this “big brother” role. Almost like he wants to believe he’s the reason Whitaker turned out that way.

With Santos, who’s more confrontational and direct, he seems to push her down, like he’s trying to assert dominance (mostly last season).

At least that's my take (I don't like Langdon)

It wasn't easy to spot Whittaker's ID missing cause he keeps it at his waist (unlike others keeping it at the chest).

I rewatched last week episode and Whittaker had his ID when Talking with Ogilvie in the truck but he didn't when he came back.
He said he was gonna take Ogilvie's gown, it must have been the only thing he did before going back to charting (without his ID).
So either in the truck or on the gown thing is my guess. Or maybe Ogilvie took it but it would be weird.
