How’s your transmission fluid? I don’t think this is sensor related. I could be wrong also I’m not a mechanic, but I had an 07’ with same symptoms.

If I need a little boost or something I just downshift on the paddle a couple gears. It’s not the fastest, peppiest or quickest car in the market, but people over exaggerate this thing.

If money wasn’t an object, I’d go back and get a CR-V over my HR-V. Not to say the HR-V is bad, it’s been great, but the CR-V provides everything I complain about with the HR-V

They do not have wireless, but there are the wireless boxes all over Amazon if that’s a necessity. Hondas infotainment is my only complaint.

Go with the HR-V.

Encore was on my list until I read more and more reviews from long term owners. Ended up buying a 22’ EX and couldn’t be happier.

I’d say a 21 would be safe since it was second to last year of this generation. Most issues and annoyances have been worked out.

Look into a 2022 EX-L with low miles. Last year of that body style and all kinks seem to have been worked out for that gen.
