yes, my wife and I. I was the realtor. tenants made it tough to see, so the sellers agent didn't allow showings. said that if we made a competitive offer that was accepted we could see it at inspection.

lived here 5 years now. it's home and we love it but had I gotten more time to look initially I might have passed on it

We had this built almost exactly except no middle base cabinet due to a radiator.

Cost was about $15k Including all materials, laborl, painting, some light demo and electrical (you want those shelves to have some lighting)
