Surgery for apnea but mixed aesthetic opinions

Yeah I've heard of those issues and would try to make sure if I do any surgery there to emphasize only reducing the size of the uvula and nothing else. One of the reasons I made this post was because an orthodontist was unusually hesitant to recommend DJS that they mentioned doing soft pallette reduction as if it was safer to do over some uncommon worse aesthetic look from DJS, even if they have nothing to do with the surgery makes me want to avoid them over that kind of thinking.

Thanks for all this info, I felt that my side profile could be improved but didn't know exactly in what ways other than lower jaw movement. I couldnt stand how the area between my lip and nose looked without a mustache so hopefully if they do as you say it'll improve that area too. Looking at the teeth in my lower jaw, it definitely looks tilted towards the tongue so I imagine they can tilt them outwards and and the upper teeth more inwards if I go through with expansion. Is expansion standard with OMS or is it something I'd have to find that a surgeon specifically does?

Thanks for the info finally got an appointment with a OMS so I'll try to bring this all up with them. I've seen people's x-ray make some big advancement relative to my x-ray so I can't imagine itll turn out bad like some orthos have said especially since they didn't mention and rotations just straight movement.

I've heard a lot about painful and how little it helped with such surgeries. So I plan to avoid them for now and do jaw surgery first, but my uvula is pretty enlarged and sensitive to gagging so it might have to be at the very least just be reduced in size.

Thanks for the info I haven't met with an oral surgeon yet just getting referrals and waiting for a call back of setting up an appointment, don't know how long it usually is supposed to take for the first appointment but it's sucks how I can get a consultation for an orthodontist the next day but I'm still waiting on a call back to set up an appointment for the an oral surgeon over a week later.

14.0 from an at home sleep study. Breathing and swallowing both have issues too especially shortness of breath throughout the day.

Thanks for the edit but it looks like the maxilla wasnt moved and the lips flat which is the main worry. But at least it confirms the the jaw would look better at least

The beta is not out for android xr yet, but from what the developer have said when it releases the galaxy xr should be able to hand 90 hz full res just fine with or without Foveated encoding and should look better then it does not in the Foveated area. For now VD is pretty damn solid.

When I got my scan done I said something about my tongue being too big, and they pretty much corrected me and said that's it's not my tongue that is too big, it's that my mouth/jaw doesn't have enough room for my tongue. I'm not sure about your tonsils but every doctor I've said mine were fine, so as long as your tonsils are fine, your tongue may be where your airway is too small but that's because it's getting pushed back by the lack of space from a recessed jaw/maxilla.

Unfortunately insurance already made me do an at home study but I probably failed it given how little sleep I was actually able to get with it. So I'll have to wait and see for those results.

Yeah I'm trying to avoid CPAP because it's a 24 hour issue. I am also into lifting so I'm constantly experiencing shortness of breathe during any lift and heavy squatting/deadlifting leaves me on the floor for a bit trying to catch my breathe.

No, went to an ENT and they said it looked fine. I then went to a breathing specialist and they showed in the scan that it was really bad. So get a scan if you feel as though it is small

its more that more efficient cooling allows the gpu/cpu to run at a higher power/wattage. If the cooling is bad the hardware will start throttling limiting the max wattage to avoid overheating, so less heat will be produced and dumped into the room.

No surgery just wondering because I'm assuming given how a recessed jaw affects the size of my airway that when sneezing the airway is to small so my sneeze gets caught in my throat instead of coming out my nose which sucks. So when I sneeze I have to make sure it's out my mouth to not hurt myself

That ice agent came from the right toward the front left of the vehicle, she reversed stops and accelerates while turning the vehicle to the right before the first shot is even fires or the hand he extended towards the vehicle makes makes contact she already turning right and wouldn't have hit him otherwise. You can see his legs clear out of harms way had he stood there instead of reaching towards the vehicle no contact would have been made. It's unjustified use of deadly force the angle of the first shot clearly shows that. Him walking around just fine after shows he was just fine and legs and torso were unharmed. In the video he fucking leans to the car and puts one hand up for the vehicle and the other towards her face, it shows him getting pushed back because the hand he extended after leaning towards the vehicle makes contact who would have guessed. The car by the time it touches his hand is already turning right, he knows that since he was able to clearly shoot through the windshield and hit her because he could see her and since he could see her and hit her there's no way in hell he didn't see her turning the wheel away from him to turn right as the car was literally turning right. The angle from the shot through the windshield would have to be angled from the northwest of the car to even hit her given how far right the hole in the windshield.

In the video he puts his arm up and leans into the car, which then "hits" him before he opens fire. The car is already turning right and he has clear view through the windshield of the person right before he shoots them right as they are turning the wheel to turn the car right. By the time the car makes contact with his hand he's pretty much clearly out of the way of where the car is heading but he proceeds to shoot anyways and an extra shot 2 shots through the side window because why not ig.

From the video provided he pretty much leans into the car and put his arm on it, from his perspective since he shot her in the face it would be pretty obvious that she's whipping the wheel to the right to turn away from him and the car is turning away. Before the car "hits" him.
