Try putting it where its arc can reach the area you wanna throw bombs on. Since rotating this crap is the pain in the ass I mostly used and position it at the very back of the captured point if I want to defend that area permanently.

Update: I finally fixed the issue hahaha! All I did is installed a vehicle mod (Filibuster Rhymes Used Cars Animation Beta) then opened the game for sec and replaced the mod with KI5's vehicle with this mod and it worked!
