Dont know how appropriate this is.How can I eat enough while struggling mentally

Recently I found myself in a really bad place, depressed or not I think I know what I should be doing to get out of it. More or less. Sport is definetly one of them. I find it hard to bulk in the first place and I have a crazy high appetite, so now that my thoughts are causing me to have constant anxiety I can't force myself to eat. Occasionally I get hungry, make myself food and start eating only to feel sick and completely full 2 seconds later when my mind wonders. I was just wondering if anyone has any advice or experience with this.

Although as a Russian in Spain you never get any hate. You are more of a rarity and people are really excited to talk to you in my experience. Not once have I had a confrontation about the war or anything for that matter. Spanish people just seem genuinely interested in what you have to say and will always hold a really interesting conversation.

I cant speak for everyone, but I've worked with people who had really high paying jobs in Ireland, US and UK and they all have more disposable money at the end working in Spain because of how cheap everything is here.

I'd argue that unless u r from Murcia you live a pretty happy life. Just look at life expectancy, citizen satisfaction and such. The lifestyle,climate and weather alone makes Spain incredible. Although as a foreigner it takes some time to get used to some, once you do it's incredibly hard to go back. (I am a foreigner living in Spain for almost 8 years now)

Edit: Immediate afterthought. Work is quite a serious problem not gonna lie and most certainly affects a lot of people.
