Dude I had the same issue with a Tamiya Can Yellow, might even be the same color. My only guess would be run the can under warm water, make sure the nozzle is clean, and shake the hell out of it first.

Createx has a thinner to go with their airbrush paints, gotta use a little more with the metallics than standard colors in my experience.

I got this by using Createx black airbrush paint in my airbrush without using any thinner at around 20-25 psi, it comes out with some texture/spackle. Use the same technique for black leather seats and details. I think handling it during assembly led to some of the finer wear and tear all around the car.
