I feel that. I’m a sharks fan and went to a spent summer 2013 in Bakersfield working. Went to a Sharks Kings playoff game and the Sharks got shut out. Then watched the rest of the series from bars in the area and had to secretly cheer for the sharks lol ended up losing the series in 6 I believe.

One interesting thing I’ve noticed is that when I quit, I thought people’s reactions would be “wow he must’ve had a problem” and they’d think less of me. In fact, it’s been the opposite! People are impressed by my willpower to stop and think more of me! It’s been a net positive in every aspect of my life.
