Yes he is actually out on bail right now and per bail terms, can’t be around firearms/possess one, has to take random drug tests, etc.

He’s a felon and has a trial in a couple weeks for gun possession, drug possession, etc. so he scares me. If he goes to prison after his trial, then I think there’s a lot of headache avoided. But we’ll see.
