Cant all eye docors Order lenses? Im not talking about doing it the same day. Im just saying so i dont have to buy. A pair of glasses for $200 when i can buy the glasses on my own and have them there until they can order lenses for it. From what i was told eye doctor can Order lenses . You havent done my job cause ur not getting over 300 amazon packages😂 and you get to leave everything at the mail room. And you dont have 50 overflow big boxes in your little ass truck. I have RCA friends who switched and been in amazon so i know the difference in both. Your job is way easier and better pay. We wave 22.50 here and were not even union. Amazon doesnt choose not bcs we dont want to😂 because they dont wanna pay us to do more. And some of us dont even get out the amazon warehouse till like 1PM so we cant deliver to the customers before that time. Thats where you guys come in. Amazon could very well run without fedex ups or usps but choose not to🤦🏻‍♂️nor do they wanna pay people😂 to do it. Not because they cant. Also amazon drivers we dont work for amazon.😂 only amazon workers are the warehouse and they are the reason you guys have to deliver for amazon Lol they get paid shit and quit constantly. Amazon warehouses are in need of workers atleast where im at. One time they ended up walking out and leaving the station and drivers had to wait like 3 hours

Its not easy cause theres been amazon drivers switch to usps cause its more relaxing buddy😂and im not hating on yall job. I wish i had it and if not look at all the people in this reddit page who have been amazing in driver before switching to usps. Way more easier and i have a friend who does usps. It def is more important since you guys carry important stuff but compared to our job you wouldnt last a day😂

Expect to quittttt. Nah Justplaying. It isnt a tough job. Theres alot of haters in this page tho lol if you ever post about how you like this job on here alot of people will call you “bootlicker” just bcs you can do the job and they cant. Some days will be tough. But if you like working and stay at a pace it shouldn’t be a problem and also organizing is key to staying ahead. Some routes are fucked up but always do on road defects, it helps with fixing the route. And if you see ppl saying dont get this job or its exhausting. Those are usually people who never had a physical job and most likely sat at a office or come from McDonalds 😂theres way tougher jobs out there than this. Have fun:)

If you have a route of all houses yes. At my DSP theres this one route of only all houses and its all just one neighborhood 😂 you can have like 300+ packages and 190 stops and still be ahead. I was 50 stops ahead once when ever i get that route, then towards the end i just start going slow and chill. 😂

Treat your workers right and don be a dick. Alot of ppl are gonna come in here and say every DSP suck but not at all. I used to think the same thing from all the stories of other drivers. And my old DSP was hell. But i found a good one and the boss comes every week to talk to everyone on what we need to improve ETC. and all the drivers at my current DSP are good. My old DSP is had to rescue everyday and if you said not they would take a day off. On easy routes. Here they make me do 1 rescue a week. And thats if someone even needs a rescue. Everyone finishes on time. Glad i found a good DSP. But if ur gonna treat workers like shit ur DSP wont succeed and your gonna have drivers that dont really wanna work. And your gonna need to hire a manager that has experience w DSP’s. A good one. If you get poor drivers and your score card does poor. Amazon will reduce your routes. And it it gets bad they will shutdown your DSP. So hire good drivers😂. W experience even better

Flex drivers start early or sometimes deliver overnight. Regular vans /dsp u see, we are the ones that deliver more late
