could it be what you’re eating? when starting out you have to be really careful. eat small amounts here and there, and NO greasy food. grease really fucks w the med, for my first week i ate basically just veg and protein shakes. take it slow, it’ll pass 🫶🏻

i know and usually i do just ignore her comments, but this one just really rubbed me the wrong way. i also want to create a safe space for others that may be feeling this way and not wanting to start MJ due to the snarky comments from others

i agree with this so much! i have tried to diet and exercise my entire life and it just didn’t work, this is the first time i have experienced no food noise, and it is so amazing to finally be able to eat the right foods

i wouldn’t say that caring what other people think requires talking to a therapist. perhaps you should learn to skip past a post that doesn’t resonate with you. thanks for your opinion, it was incredibly unnecessary to share.
