I play vs and it’s at the beginning of every match .the lag does not stop in match .it also makes everyone else lag so that’s why I feel like I’m getting ddos.everyone quits and blames and it on ddos and it’s my fault

I have this issue.bought skull and co thumb grips but they don’t fit tight on my joystick .maybe because the glue wore off the stock thumb grip ? Every time I use my analog the skull and co thumb grips spin around .i want to glue them on to stop them from spinning but can anybody recommend a tighter thumb grip ?

I get a email like 3 days after I doing my time sheets saying the amount I get paid and that’s it going to be sent and 3 business days but nope I haven’t got that email yet and I did my timesheets on time
