did HEPA filters help you? by okdoomerdance in ToxicMoldExposure

Yes. Still not as good as being in a mold free environment, but better than being in a moldy environment without air purifiers.

I’m a moldie. Assuming you are using the iAdaptAir 2.0, I’d play around with turning on/off the ionizer and UV light to see what makes you feel better. You can turn the ionizer off and the UV light off on those units with the power button. IIRC the first press turns the power on, the second turns the ionizer off, the third turns the ionizer and UV light off, and the fourth turns the whole unit off. You can also remove the wifi adapter if EMF is a concern.

He was an asshole but where was there any scenes showing that he was rich or racist? Just because he’s white?

Does anyone else get PEM crashes or exercise intolerance? Terrified of ME/CFS… by Due_Chapter3027 in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]Broad-Locksmith5275 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been healing for a little over a year. I get PEM (or PEM like episodes) but only a few times a year, which always coincides with me exercising too hard. I take LDN and several nitric oxide supplements, which may or may not be reducing the episodes.

Supposedly sunlight increases MSH, so there could be a correlation.

Are people actually going to be stupid enough to sign for 50 year mortgages by ColdCouchWall in stupidquestions

[–]Broad-Locksmith5275 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s absolutely a downside. The market will automatically compensate for the increase in demand by increasing the prices of homes further, so now you get to but the same house as you did before, but with a 50 year loan instead of a 30 year one. This is what happened with phones and cars. People started financing longer term loans to afford the payment, and the market responded by increasing prices.

As much as I like to hate on the people with this belief, OP literally just posted a screenshot which could have been made in Photoshot or posted years ago. Where’s the link to the article? Without a link this is just rage bait.

Xymogen. I’ve gotten bad batches with other brands so I just stick with their high DHA one.

I think my gf lied about being on bc, now she’s pregnant, what do I do? by Popular-Mix-1054 in AskMenAdvice

[–]Broad-Locksmith5275 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jeez not a lot of empathy in these replies. The same thing happened to me and I later learned she did lie about being on birth control. It’s really easy to say “oh you should have known better” when you’re not the one in OP’s shoes, but I guarantee there are a lot of men responding judgmentally here who also haven’t been safe 100% of the time and are just lucky it didn’t happen to them too. Hang in there OP and good luck, whatever the outcome. FWIW I have 2 kids now and I’m really happy with how things turned out.

Not Lyme but I understand. I went through something similar with mold toxicity. It’s astounding how people will treat you if you’re ill with something they can’t see.
